My Ticket

  • The link to the Preesale shop is not working. I cannot buy tickets.

    If you have some troubles accessing the store via the Preesale link on the Facebook page or the website of the event, please contact us! We will try to fix this within the next 24 hours.

  • I cannot open the tickets I received by email.

    Tickets are sent to your webmail in PDF format. You can open, download and print this type of file directly from Gmail or Outlook. You can also use a software like Adobe Reader (free download here).

  • I did not receive my ticket.

    It is possible that the email containing your ticket is in your spam box. If this is not the case, enter your email address here, we will send it to you again. If you still do not receive it, please contact us

  • I cannot print my ticket. What can I do?

    Do no panic, printing your ticket is not necessary. You can save the PDF file containing your ticket directly on your smartphone. You will just have to show the bar code of your ticket directly on your phone and it will be scanned at the entrance without any problem.

  • I lost my ticket. What should I do?

    Tickets are your responsibility. If you printed you ticket and lost it, you can print it again from the email that was sent to you during the purchase. If you cannot find the mail containing your ticket : enter your email here and we will send it to you again. Each ticket has an unique bar code and be only scanned once. It is consequently useless to print it several times or to sell it back. So be careful not to get your ticket stolen.

  • Can I buy tickets for someone else?

    Yes, you can order multiple tickets and give them to your family and friends.


  • How do I buy my tickets?

    Purchasing the tickets online can be done via Bancontact/Mister Cash, Maestro MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Preesale allows a secure, easy, and fast payment without the need to create an account or use a Digipass. You will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket as soon as the payment is performed.

  • An error happened during the purchase or it was rejected. What can I do?

    First check if you received your tickets by email and if your bank account has been debited. If this is not the case, please try again. If the payment has been deducted from your account but you have not received the tickets, after checking that the mail is not into your spam box, you can enter your email here, and we will send it to you again.

  • Can I get an invoice for the purchase of my tickets?

    Preesale does not send invoices. If you need one, please contact the event organizer.
